ACTION DnA is an institution started with a vision to provide complete Personality Development to Students, Working Professionals and Businessmen preparing them for the challenges ahead of their career and business. We also offer customized Soft Skills and Sales Training Programs to corporate companies to help their employees reach peak potential.

He has an experience of over 25 years in training Sales Professionals in different parts of India. He spent over 12 years with Ceasefire India Limited, one of the top Direct Selling companies in the Safety industry handling various portfolios beginning from Selling and Sales Management to Training and Marketing. He has also worked in Yellow Pages and Pharmaceutical industry. He has served in the capacity of Business Consultant to many companies like Fugen Industries, Affija Marketing, Krishna Engineering, Microart Multimedia, WEST, Sysmix, etc.Apart from Soft Skills & Sales Training, Mr. Khaleel Rehman specializes in providing Fire Safety Training (Clients include Software, BPO and Insurance companies, a prominent one being IBRD, more famously known as the World Bank)

Vidhya Shankar

She has experience of over 20 years in the field of Training Sales and Tele-Marketing Professionals. She has worked with companies like UDI Yellow Pages, First Computers, RPG, IDEA, Standard Chartered Bank, etcShe has handled various portfolios beginning from Selling, Tele-Marketing to Leadership Training. She is an expert in Communication, Interpersonal Skills and Teamwork. Her exposure in Standard Chartered Bank as a consultant to their Tele-Marketing Agencies and Direct Sales Agencies has given her rich experience in the field of Recruitment, Training and monitoring performance of Sales and Tele-Marketing Professionals.

Keshava Murthy K N

Has professional experience of over 30 years in IT and Engineering industries working in India, Indonesia, US & Canada, with recent 18 years of experience in consulting organizations to aid their Software QA/Software Engineering. Built and lead Embedded & Telecom vertical in STAG Software, diligently managed clients, projects, people & process leading to good revenue growth. As a consultant, worked with organizations like MindTree, Sasken, Broadcom, Qualcomm, Verismo, Infineon, Sonim, Tecnotree, HP, Philips, GE, GXS, Sharp, Safran, QualPhone, Beceem by providing them Software QA/Testing services for their products/projects individually, as well as managing the teams in doing the same. Has experience of over 10 years in extensively training & grooming fresh graduates in Software QA and Soft Skills enabling them to get successfully employed in IT industries. Has coached and mentored individuals & teams to improve their efficiency and effectiveness in their work roles to deliver business value to the organizations.

Billy Jones

A highly motivated Life Coach, Soft Skill & Communication trainer and Motivational Speaker with more than 12 years of experience in training small and large groups across diverse organizations and deliver successful training programs including Train the Trainers. Adept at organizing and facilitating Leadership and team-building training programs. Bachelor of English Literature, from Vivekananda college and Master of Comparative World Religion and Philosophy from University of Madras, Certified Trainer & Motivational Speaker. Vast experience in training leaders from Voluntary Sector Bodies and various religious organizations in India and abroad.

Norman Samuel Joseph

A highly Enthusiastic and Motivated Trainer having a corporate work experience of three years and Training Experience of three years. He carries a wide range of experience working, with PAX Edutainment Pvt Ltd, Orangus, GD Goenka Healthcare Academy and Action DnA. His contribution in enriching people’s minds and transforming lives is supported in his trainings and workshops. What began as a desire to train, led to being part of “Action DnA” team since 2019. Having taken up responsibilities from business development to business management and entrepreneurship, he brings rich corporate experience which reinforces his skills to impact and connect with his audience. Norman has worked with Students, Working Professionals, Entrepreneurs and Senior Managers in multiple Classes, Workshops, Corporate Training and virtual sessions. He has a Bachelor’s degree in English Hons. from Amity University, Noida, following which he went on to pursue his MBA majoring in Marketing and Operations, from Jindal Global Business School (JGBS), Part of Jindal Global University, Sonipat.
