3 – 5 Years Experience in Soft Skills Training. Salary – CTC 3 – 4 Lacs p.a. for Full Time Trainers. For Part Time Sessions based pay-out. Part Time Trainers can work in the first half of the day.

Action DnA, a 15-year-old Training company is looking for Soft Skills Trainer to be based in Chennai. He/she should be a Graduate / Post-Graduate with 3 – 5 Years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer.

Soft Skills Trainer Responsibilities:

1.Implementing Soft Skills training programs that are aligned with business objectives, including the design and development of curriculum, materials, and assessments

2. Presenting training sessions that are engaging and interactive to help participants retain information Conducting needs assessments to understand what students already know and what they need to learn next

3. Measuring the effectiveness of training programs by conducting evaluations with participants after a course has been completed

4. Coordinating with HR Managers of Corporates / MSMEs to develop and deliver Soft Skills training programs

5. Creating resources to support learning objectives such as handouts, workbooks, PowerPoint presentations, etc.

6. Conducting training sessions in person or online using web conferencing tools

Requirements

At least 3 years experience of training in soft skills Strong proficiency in English Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills Strong organization and motivational skills

Franchise Sales Manager / Business Development Manager, Chennai

Experience: 2-4 years in Franchisee Management (Preferably from the education sector) and 2 – 3 years experience in B2B Sales (Corporates, MSMEs, Schools, Colleges, Govt., PSUs, etc)

Job Description :

  • Opening & developing franchise outlets across Metro Cities, Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities in South India.
  • Identifying interested parties, meeting them and convincing them to take up franchises.
  • Generation & Closing Leads for Franchisees.
  • Devising ways to increase the profitability of franchisee
  • Sales forecast for the Franchisee’s Sales.
  • Drive Franchisee’s Sales Team to achieve Revenue Targets for the Courses and Corporate Training through regular reviews, training, and motivation.
  • Organize and conduct Seminars in Colleges / Educational Institutions along with the Franchisee’s Faculty
  • Train and develop Franchisee’s Sales Team to get Corporate Training Revenue

  • Work closely with the Head of operations for making annual franchise plans and their implementation.
